Chemical Foaming Agents for the Extrusion of PVC
Tramaco supply a wide variety of chemical foaming agents for the extrusion of PVC. The
products are tailored to the specific requirements of the various applications in the PVC
industry.
The foaming agent compositions are adapted both to the common foaming processes like free
foam, Celuka, coextrusion etc., as well as to specific stabiliser systems. The microgranules of
the TRACEL TSE and TRACEL G masterbatch series are designed for continuous dosing
operations. If no adequate dosing equipment is available the TRACEL DB powder blend
series are preferred for addition of the foaming agent to the dryblend.
Upon request our foaming agents can be supplied in customised preweighed meltable sachets.
