Chemical Foaming Agents for the Foaming of PVC-Plastisols
Chemical foaming agents for the injection moulding of PVC are mainly powders that are
added in the compounding step, although some granular masterbatches and expandable
microspheres are used too. Tramaco supply a range of products tailored to specific
applications and resulting in different foaming characteristics and cell structures.
We also offer chemical foaming agent pastes, predispersed in plasticiser for easy
mixing as well as expandable microspheres.
